RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS POLICY

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges:

Enjoy a hassle-free return and exchange process within 7 days from delivery. Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 days for the returned item to reach us.

We provide reverse pick-up services with a deduction of Rs 100 per order for return shipping.

Refunds:

For COD orders, you will receive store credit within 1-2 working days after the return is picked up.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations are possible only until the order is dispatched.

Certain product categories, such as accessories, masks, boxers, briefs, trunks, and perfumes, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please check our portal for detailed information.

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS:

Orders from sales or similar promotions that include free products are not eligible for returns.

Refund Timeline:

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned product.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The bank details provided by the customer are final. Any discrepancies in order delivery status must be reported within 24 hours at support@decwi.com.

Customers are responsible for taking care of the product(s) during possession. Any non-conformity must be reported within 1 day of receipt at support@decwi.com.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will examine it and notify you of your refund eligibility via email within 30 working days.
